We grow and expand digital operations for Democratic campaigns and organizations to propel fundraising programs forward! We’re looking for a Senior Digital Fundraising Strategist to join our new team. The individual in this role will manage the high level health of our PAC and campaign clients in collaboration with a team of Digital Fundraising Strategists and Associates.

This role will be primarily responsible for the daily oversight of client list acquisition, performance monitoring, and strategic growth, and will assist in leading the digital fundraising team as a subject matter expert and senior team member. This role works closely with a team of digital experts, coordinating across teams to execute successful campaigns.


  • Manage high level program health for all PAC and campaign clients
  • Monitor/Track email and text ROI and drive adjustments as needed for optimal performance
  • Manage vendor relationships for list acquisition
  • Maintain client list health and proactive strategic potential donor list growth
  • Participate in client facing calls and strategy meetings and report regularly to client regarding high level metrics and performance, answering technical inquiries as needed, and providing guidance and corrective advice when necessary
  • Assist with Strategist copy reviews and approvals
  • Maintain strategic list growth calendar based on client need
  • Edit copy for email, text messaging, and ad campaigns occasionally – only as needed
  • Provide secondary leadership and mentorship to digital fundraising team as an expert in this field


  • 3-4 cycles of experience preferred as part of a digital team on a political campaign, at a political organization, or a political firm.
  • 2-4 years experience with building, monitoring, and improving potential donor list acquisition, growth and overall health at a high level
  • Fluency with CRMs like ActionKit, ActionNetwork, or NGP/EveryAction and in depth understanding of ActBlue
  • Expert knowledge of peer-to-peer or mass text messaging tools 
  • Expert level competency in HTML (and optimally CSS)
  • Experience managing discerning and knowledgeable clients, especially those that may not always agree with you at first!
  • Extreme level of organization, with ability to combine multiple unstructured data sets into actionable insights. If you don’t absolutely obsess over organization and making sure every piece of info is immaculate, be honest with yourself!
  • Eagerness to contribute to client strategy, and familiarity with speaking up confidently within your area of expertise
  • Ability to manage competing tasks and discern priorities for both client and the company
  • Ability to think strategically with an eye toward the future, including what will be necessary for client growth 3, 6, 9, and 12 months into the future
